The agreement

1. Who may use Bundigo

You must be at least 13, meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live, and be legally able to accept these terms. Anyone under 18 may not enter mature areas, sell age-restricted goods, or act as an adult member. You must provide a valid email address and mobile number, keep them current, use your own identity, and protect your login.

2. Your content and license

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Bundigo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, moderate, display, distribute, and make that content available only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. The license ends when content is deleted except for lawful retention, backups, evidence, and content independently shared by others.

3. Bundigo intellectual property and anti-cloning

The Bundigo name, logos, software, platform architecture, source code, interfaces, visual design, data models, rankings, directories, documentation, and proprietary assets are owned by or licensed to Bundigo Inc. Except with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, data-mine, scrape, crawl, automate extraction from, or create a competing or derivative service from any part of the platform. This includes Community Hub topic areas, member products, user lists, public directories, rankings, and non-public service behavior. You may not bypass or interfere with robots controls, rate limits, access controls, or other technical protections.

4. Copyright and DMCA notices

To report claimed copyright infringement, email legal@bundigo.com with: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL or location of the material claimed to infringe; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law.

5. Community Hubs

Creating a Community Hub costs 200 Bundi and includes a post stream, topic area, and chatroom. Member access costs 50 Bundi for seven days and covers topic posting and hub chat during that period. The hub member receives 50% of eligible member dues as closed-loop Bundi; the remainder supports platform operations. Member shares have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may be reversed for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate payments, or policy violations. Hub members must moderate fairly and may not sell access outside Bundigo to bypass these rules.

6. Bundi and payments

Bundi is revocable, closed-loop platform credit, not money, property, cryptocurrency, a deposit, or an investment. Bundi has no cash value, cannot be transferred outside approved features, and cannot buy off-platform goods or services. Digital features in native apps use the app store’s required purchase system. Except where law or an app-store rule requires otherwise, completed credit purchases and consumed digital access are final. Unused purchased credits may be refundable only where required by law or the applicable store. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, reversal, or abuse.

7. Account deletion and balances

You may schedule account deletion from Settings or the public web deletion resource. A seven-day cancellation period applies and normal access is restricted while pending. Cancellation requires your current password and is unavailable after processing begins. At completion, earned and promotional Bundi are extinguished. Purchased balances, pending transactions, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks must be reviewed under applicable law and store/payment rules before deletion completes. Required transaction evidence may remain pseudonymized. A Community Hub remains active for its members as an ownerless shared space with no replacement owner, but the deleting member’s attribution, Hub metadata, posts, messages, storefront, listings, profiles, and other content are removed and usernames are released.

8. Marketplace boundary

Bundigo is a discovery, community, and advertising service. It is not seller of record, escrow, payment processor, shipper, insurer, or guarantor for third-party goods or services. Transactions continue on the linked seller or marketplace and remain subject to that destination’s terms, refunds, taxes, safety rules, and buyer protections. Users may not list illegal, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or prohibited goods.

9. Moderation and accounts

You must follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. We may filter, label, limit, demonetize, quarantine, remove, preserve, report, or disclose content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; and cooperate with lawful requests. We may act without advance notice when necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or service integrity. Appeals are available at safety@bundigo.com. Suspension and moderation do not initiate voluntary deletion.

10. Service changes and availability

Features, prices, rankings, translations, and availability may change. Town Square posts normally expire after 30 days unless boosted. Account inactivity and subscription expiration do not by themselves delete an account or content, forfeit a balance, release a username, or change ownership. Automated translations may contain errors; the original language controls for disputes and moderation.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bundigo does not endorse user content or guarantee identity, accuracy, availability, ranking, translation, or off-site transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
